At the Pavillion restaurant on Patriashi Ponds we recreated the life of the seaside parade in Yalta in 1920s: our guests strolled around the fountain among the cypresses, palms and rhododendrons, drank Tsymlyanskoe champagne, and viewed the new collection of the Cluev jewelry called “Art Deco a la Russe “. A lady with a little dog walking past, sportswoman in bathing suit running by, a girl sunbathing in a deckchair … and then a sudden loud shout «12 chairs from the Palace!» and the guests saw the hero of the show - Ostap Bender. The theatrical jewelry defile based on “12 Chair” adventurous novel unfolded in front of our guests. Each of the female characters was carried away in a dance with Ostap, then he’d elegantly rip open chairs searching for a treasure and finally discovered a masterpiece of Cluev collection in one of the chairs’ seat. Ostap’s dream of Rio de Janeiro sparkled with Cluev jewelry diamonds and soared in the air with scarlet rose petals.
